Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects to ensure timely and costeffective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to obtain the best terms and pricing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to determine procurement needs and specifications.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance evaluations.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of procured materials and equipment.
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to procurement and real estate development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Qualifications:

Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
Experience with real estate development processes and project management.
Familiarity with sustainable procurement practices and green building standards.

Pay:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
