Job Description:

As a Real Estate Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning process for various real estate development projects.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies to translate project requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to integrate architectural designs with overall project plans.
Review and evaluate design proposals, contractor bids, and construction documents to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate development and architecture.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, mentoring junior staff members and promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed architect with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in real estate development, architectural design, or a related field.
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixeduse developments.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external consultants.
LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.

Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
