Description
An Office assistant is responsible for managing the process of receiving and fulfilling customer orders.

This includes receiving and entering customer orders into the system, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, and providing customer service and support throughout the process.

The job may also involve managing inventory levels, tracking and reporting on order status, and resolving any issues that arise.


Job responsibilities of an Office assistant:
Receive and enter customer orders into the system

Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Provide customer service and support throughout the order process

Track and report on order status to customers and management

Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to fulfill orders

Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders

Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details

Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.

Ensure timely delivery to clients


Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
