Description
Attending all event flow meeting and understanding the flow of the event and giving the input for betterment of the event, if require

Maintaining call sheet and NOC's, keep a check on fire marshals and extinguishers for the events

Operating arena as per call sheet of client

Ensuring safety rules are followed by the labours during the setup and dismantle of the event

Provide an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work

Helping clients on ground programmed the event from Venue perspective

Ensuring all rules and regulations SOP are followed by the clients

Coordination via mail, telephone and meetings (Event Flow Meeting)

Introducing clients to SOP's and procedures of the Venue

Co-ordinate with vendor managing team and vendors

Strong connections with local and pan-India vendors

Good written and verbal communication skills


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
