Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and other data
Enter data into relevant databases and maintain electronic files
Prepare and distribute reports as needed
Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data and records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phones and coordinating meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Career-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the company
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
