Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and
Assist Visitors:
Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.
- Communication: Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the customers and appropriate staff member.
- Registration: Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify information, and assist with billing related inquiries.
- Customer Feedback: Actively engage in feedback collection, testimonials and google reviews.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized, and well stocked with necessary materials.
- Records: Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist Staff: Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize
- Ability to Problem solve, quick resolution and active listening

₹250, ₹420,000.00 per year
