Junior Visa Executive (Flybagna Travel Company)

As a travel organization committed to creating memorable experiences for our customers, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Visa Executive to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents and information to facilitate smooth visa processing.
  • Keep abreast of visa-related policies, procedures, and changes for different countries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to clients.
  • Stay informed about any travel advisories, health requirements, and safety guidelines issued by relevant authorities and communicate these to clients as needed.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of visa regulations and procedures through self-learning and training sessions.

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and authorities confidently and professionally.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
