Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create captivating visual content that aligns with the Flybagna brand identity and voice.
Design and optimize graphics for our website to enhance user experience and user interface (UI) elements.
Create eye-catching infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex information in an easily understandable format.
Assist in the design and execution of promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Produce high-quality visuals for print and digital media while ensuring adherence to design guidelines and brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to continually improve the visual impact of our marketing efforts.
Work closely with the content team to incorporate compelling visuals into blog posts, articles, and other written materials.
Occasionally support the design needs of other departments, such as creating presentations, event materials, or internal communication visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest standard of design quality.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography, with an exceptional eye for detail.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print design.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines and implement them consistently across various platforms.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to translate marketing objectives into captivating visual concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
A passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel industry's visual language are preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred, but individuals with equivalent experience and a remarkable portfolio will also be considered.
