Description
Issue of complaint numbers (Tickets) to field engineers/onsite engineers.- Ensuring that the call is attended & taking updates from the engineers.
- Followup for pending calls with respective concerns & updating in call sheet.
- Taking spare request from field and site engineers.
- Ensuring arrangement of replacement spare and their timely delivery at site.
- Knowledge related to handling Vendor management.
- Call tracking & closure.
- Thoroughly understand SLA between us & customer.
Salary:
₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
