Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct internal enquiry basis complaints received
Engage all relevant stakeholder basis merit of concern and investigation scope
Acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias
Recommend process improvements or policy changes.
Recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with Disciplinary Handbook
Conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe
Conduct awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders
Respond to audit or legal queries.

Qualifications:

Full time postGraduate from a premier institute.
Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and followthrough.
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working.
Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions
Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
Nonjudgmental in making decisions with focus on fact finding.
