    Role
    Installand configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
    Monitorand maintain computersystems.
    Talkto teachers or school staff through a series of actions eitherfacetoface or over the phone to help set up systems or resolveissues
    Troubleshootsystem diagnosing and solving hardware or softwarefaults.
    Setup new users accounts and profiles and deal with passwordissues
    Respondwithin agreed time limits tocallouts
    Workcontinuously on a task until completion (or referral to thirdparties ifappropriate)
    Prioritizeand manage many open cases at onetime
    Maintainfixed asset record of the IT Resources softwareresources/licenses.
    ITinventory. Provide/ issue / assign devices to new staff and collectthe devices & accessories from departing/ resigning staff.
    Maintain proper inventoryrecords.
    Audio/Video support (including TV s ProjectorsCables)
    ITSupport requires for Exams &Events
    Stayupdated on emerging technologies and assess their potential foradoption within theorganization.
    Implementand maintain IT security policies procedures and controls toprotect against cybersecuritythreats.
    Ensurethe availability reliability and performance of IT systems to meetschoolneeds.
    Identifyand engage with external vendors and service providers to supportITinitiatives
