Activities
- Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenario, mismatched invoices.
- Ensuring compliance/ adherence of internal controls. Statutory requirements and also of QA framework.
- Checking, clearing and processing of Invoices for all categories like bulk material, Capex, Services, Transportation etc.
- Ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Conducting 3way / 2way matches and Non PO Process
Qualifications:
Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
- Able to work with different environments handling multiple clients and contacts for each invoice.
- Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
- Have knowledge of general accounting principles.

- 27yrs relevant years of experience in invoice Processing
- Min qualification: Any Graduate
