Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience.

Job Location - Bangalore


Job Description-

  • Site inspections and monitoring the site readiness for Installation of home automation products at customer premises
  • Should know the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase,
Invertor, generator power supply)

  • Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose the solution
  • Regular visits to client sites and advice the client/site electrician/supervisor on the
standards required for home automation solution

  • Trouble shoot the home automation modules connectivity issues
  • Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints
  • Handle the Escalations on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to
management

  • Should be the single point of contact for the site and ensure site readiness and
installation

  • Knowledge of Auto Cad and Dialux software is preferable

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
