    About the role: .

    • This position works as full-time scrum master with multiple scrum teams working for products in the pricing domain.
    • We are looking for candidate with very strong communication skills, influencing skills and very good understanding of Agile and Scrum.

    What you will be doing:

    • Responsible for running multiple scrum teams as scrum master.
    • Guiding and mentoring the scrum team to follow scrum practices.
    • Responsible to facilitate all scrum ceremonies.
    • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
    • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
    • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
    • Work with scrum team and showcase demonstrable maturity improvements, productivity improvements and process improvements.
    • Encourage team to improve engineering practices sprint over sprint.
    • Encourage team to improve process with continuous feedback from sprint retrospectives.
    • Work on maintaining and managing the scrum metrics.
    • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

    What you will need:

    Overall 8+ years of development experience. Certified Scrum master with minimum 2 years of hands-on scrum master role. Experience in handing at least 2 scrum teams (7+ size) simultaneously. Excellent communication (written and verbal skills) and servant leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). Decent exposure to Microsoft .NET based development products / projects. Any hands-on exposure to development using C#, .NET will be added advantage. Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally. Knowledge of the financial services marketplace will be added advantage.
