The achievers and collaborators we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:

Responsible for Background verification (BGV) process
Initiate BGV for the new hires based on customer specific package that is applicable
Update and maintain BGV tracker
Followup with vendor on BGV turnaround time and ensure verification is closed within SLA

Handle non-green verification reports through deviation matrix:

Compliance to data privacy and ensure BGC data is not shared with other parties without the consent of the employee
Coordinating with HR Business partners on severe discrepant reports for next level of action
Maintaining BGV Metrics and reporting

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Capable of analyzing the insufficient and discrepant reports and take actions to closure
Able to communicate at all levels
Should have experience in handling daily transactional activities and managing BGC related queries
