We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Salespersons.

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our products or services to customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Present product demonstrations, samples, and literature to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and delivery arrangements with customers to close sales.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documents as required by management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members, including marketing and customer service departments, to achieve company objectives.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or selling similar products/services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing sales.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows if required.

₹9, ₹21,408.04 per month
