Office Assistant


Job Summary:


As an Office Assistant at our job consultancy firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to consultants and clients, managing office supplies, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting in various office duties as required.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficient operation of our consultancy firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and postings.
  • Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars conducted by the consultancy firm.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
