Responsibilities:


  • Drive Offline sales using partner/client profiles through rigorous planning, forecasting and delegating the right targets to the team members
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencersand key strategic partners to extract business
  • Strategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes and plan ahead
  • Review and ensure performance of team members to achieve monthly business revenue targets
  • Efficiently plan and execute marketsite visits within assigned region, to maintain relationships with clients as well as drive business expansion
  • Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing onground sales
  • Keep abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change management

Required Skills:

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Ensuring Occupancy month on month
  • Pulsing of client accounts
  • Revenue generation as per target from active accounts

What we are looking for:


  • 6 to 10 years of experience, with at least 34 years in a people manager capacity
  • Experience in B2B/corporate sales business
  • Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage

CTC:
Upto 13 LPA INCLUDING 20% Variable


Salary:
₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
