    : Senior Consultant-National-TAX-TAX - PAS - Mobility Core - New Delhi

    Your key responsibilities
    Technical Excellence

    As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key resource on client engagement. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships. In your role, you will be expected to manage the compliance clients with least supervision. You will also be required to manage the sub-ordinates reporting to you.

  • Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
  • Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, by preparing proposals, presentations for potential clients and thought leadership brochures
  • Identify and flag any follow-on engagement opportunities
  • Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation
  • Focus on actual client delivery
  • Managing engagement ecomonics
  • Proactively taking up new assignments / new solutions on existing clients
  • Enthusiastic about work and thinking of innovative and smart ways to reduce time and focus on zero error deliverables
  • Proactively managing client deliverables
  • Presence amoungst larger team - should be considered as a Trusted Advisor
  • 100% accuracy on technical aspects which are applied in day to day work

    To qualify for the role you must have
    Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant with atleast 2-3 years expereince in direct taxes - preferably expat tax compliance and advisory
