Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Managing Paint material.
Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
Overseeing and coaching employees. Evaluates employees work performance and make recommendations for improving and upgrade their skills
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Prepares daily time records; resolves minor "on the job" problems as they occur
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Desired Educational Qualification
Diploma in manufacturing, mechanical, Chemical engineering

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Ability manage the team and motivate, engage team members.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to supervise and instruct employees in line construction and maintenance work.
Strong Coordination/Collaboration with cross functional team
