    Description

    The Senior Graphic Designer willclosely work with clients project managers and the design team tounderstand project requirements and deliver exceptional visualdesigns that meet or exceed client expectations. The role requiresa proactive approach and the ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Responsibilities:

    *Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range ofmarketing materials including but not limited to digital assetsprint collateral social media graphics advertisements andpresentations.

    Maintain and enforcebrand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work ensuringthat our brand identity is communicated effectively.

    Collaborate with marketing contentand product teams to understand project objectives and deliverdesigns that align with the companys goals and messaging.

    Use design to tell compellingstories conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple andengaging manner.

    Bring freshinnovative ideas to the table pushing the envelope in terms ofdesign concepts while considering the target audience and markettrends.

    Manage multiple designprojects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and ensuring timelydelivery of highquality work.

    *Proficient in industrystandard design software (e.g. Adobe CreativeSuite: Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.) and a willingnessto adapt to new tools and technologies.

    Ensure all designs are of highquality pixelperfect and ready for various mediums andformats



    Requirements

    *Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent agency experiencepreferred.

    45 years of professionalgraphic design experience.

    Strongportfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator Photoshop Figma/XD).

    *Strong communication conceptual thinking typography skills anddesign skills

    Attention to detailand ability to work independently.

    *Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
