I am a Problem Solver who applies principles of Service and Systems Design thinking to address user needs at scale and creates impactful products and services aligned with business vision. I like to investigate, explore and know the core of challenges to be able to address them through an end-to-end perspective rather than fragmented journeys.
I love to interact with users, get to know them better, tell stories, talk with businesses, and manage stakeholders to bring everyone together to enable “aha” moments for service consumers and providers.
