Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions aligned with client objectives and user needs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, including templates, components, and user management.
  • Experience with Experience Builder, Audience Targeting, Communities.
  • Develop and implement best practices for user engagement, content management, and knowledge management.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
Key Certifications

  • 1. Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • 2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • 3. Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Technical Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud APIs and thirdparty integrations.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge management best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Pay:
Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
