Description
Ø To Co-ordinate requirementsofpatientsandtheattendantsduringhospitalstay withtheNursing,Dietary,HouseKeeping andSecuritystaff.

Ø Toensurethatpatient'srequirementsatthetimeofadmissionand dischargearemetandthattheirstayinthehospitaliscomfortableandhassle free.

Ø Toensure smoothconduct ofadmissionanddischarge procedures.

Ø Tobriefthepatientandtheattendantabouttheservicesandthefacilities availableinthehospital andtheprocedureforfollowupafter discharge.

Ø Tointeractwithinsurancecelltoensurethatthepatientdoesnot have anyproblemrelatingtoinsurancesettlement.

Ø TointeractwithIPBillingand clarifyaboutanydoubt regarding billingand alliedrequirements.

Ø Toensurethatdischargesummaryishandedovertothepatientwhile leaving, if not(exceptinthecase of insurancepatient)to ensurethatthepatientleavesthehospitalwithavalid discharge note.

Ø Toco-ordinatewithnursingstafftoensure thatallinvestigationsandreportsarehandedovertothepatientsatthetimeof dischargeandobtainanacknowledgementfromthepatient(exceptinMLC cases where documents are senttoMRD).

Ø Tocoordinateandensurethattheintrahospitaltransferofpatientsis carriedwithoutdelayor discomfort.

Ø To interactwithotherFloor Coordinators and carryout proactive measuresto achievezero error inpatientrequirements.

Ø To undertakeappropriateand proactiveactiondeemedfittoprotectthe interestsofpatientandhospital.

Ø FollowtheDepartmental Protocols /Procedures.

Ø Tocarryout anyothertask assignedbyhigher authority.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
