    Description
    DotPe is scouting for Partnership& Alliances role for its Digital Showroom product

    Responsibilities:

    • The role involves identifying and evaluating potential partners to ensure alignment withorganisational goals and values.
    • Lead negotiations with potential partners, crafting agreements that secure favourable terms andoutcomes for all parties involved.
    • Collaboration across departments is essential to ensure partnership strategies are fully alignedwith broader organisational objectives.
    • Establishing and monitoring KPIs provides a tangible measure of partnership success andenables proactive optimization strategies.
    • Vigilantly identifying and mitigating partnership risks is crucial for safeguarding organisationalinterests and reputation.
    Keeping abreast of market trends ensures that partnership strategies remain adaptive andresponsive to evolving industry dynamics.
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
    • Proven experience of 2+ years in partnership and alliance roles.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
    Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
