About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Interaction Specialist.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with our customers, understand their needs, and gather valuable insights to enhance their experience with our products/services.

Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport will be essential in establishing positive relationships with our customers.


Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, market research, or a related customerfacing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions to gather meaningful customer insights.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Travel once in a month
  • Should have two wheeler/four wheeler
  • Conduct facetoface meetings, phone calls, or online interactions with customers to gain a deep understanding of their preferences, expectations, and pain points.
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills and ask relevant questions to uncover valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of customercentric strategies.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data on customer experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and trends, ensuring the information is organized and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and emerging needs, providing actionable recommendations to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in customer engagement, sharing relevant insights with the team.
  • Interacting with Ops teams to conduct onground and soft audits for brand elements
  • Collaborating with teams to get patient testimonials, doctor videos from partner hospitals

Salary:
₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
