Key Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract top talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the retail or apparel industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
