As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting sales targets, and staying knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
