Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting sales targets, and staying knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive working environment.

Requirements:


  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
