Description

Design and detailed engineering of sewage treatment plant/ industrial waste water treatment plant

He should have adequate knowledge of different technologies like SBR/MBBR/MBR
Should be able to coordinate with the construction team, erection & commissioning team.
Should also have knowledge of operation and maintenance of STP/ ETP.
Experience in Mechanical equipment like Pumps, Blowers Centrifuge, Decanter, Chlorination, Diffuser.
Should have adequate knowledge of Mechanical equipment & execution
Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.
Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignment.
Develop a detailed project planproject plan sheet.
Creating of a project estimate and presenting BOQ/BOM to the management.
Lead in the development of highperformance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
Understand and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation with project deliverables and milestones.
Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery.
Periodic reconciliation of major items.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
Demonstrate high standards of accountability and integrity.
Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
Must have advanced presentation skills. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
