We are looking for a professional, capable and motivated Executive Assistant willing to work in the shift timing of 12:30 PM -9 PM IST to provide proactive support.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being busy, has plenty of initiative, is confident, high energy and can 'hit the ground running'.

This position is for someone who is fluent in both English and French.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support administrative relationships with the clients, including billing, invoice tracking, followthrough, KYC verifications, engagement code creation.
  • Support maintenance of the client database in SalesForce.
  • Coordinate office marketing and client events (some attendance may be required) with the EMEA Marketing team.
  • Support public relations initiatives, coordinating annual events, updating publications content (including some translation).
  • Provide content updates of the Kroll France website and Kroll France LinkedIn pages with input from the France leadership team, Human Resources, and Marketing.
  • Full secretarial and Executive Assistant support to the Valuation Services Managing Directors, including diary management, client meetings, lunches, webinars, and calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Finance team on an occasional basis.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience of working with senior management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time and projects effectively.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
  • Work experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in similar field, i.e. consulting, financial services or accountancy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
