Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales:

  • Conduct doortodoor visits to residential areas in the Kamptee region to introduce and demonstrate ourhomebuildingg and home decor items.
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of our products and answer any inquiries they may have.
  • Persuasively present product offerings to generate interest and close sales deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers after the initial visit to address any additional questions or concerns.
  • Establish a positive brand image and reputation within the community.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Identify potential areas of growth and opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our home building and home decor items, including their features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to home improvement and home decor.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Marketing team to improve sales materials and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in doortodoor sales or direct sales is preferred, especially in the home building or home decor industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the Kamptee area and its residential neighborhoods is advantageous.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Doortodoor: 2 years (required)
