Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals to maximize clickthrough rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad creative to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Keyword Research and Selection:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition.
- Expand keyword lists and refine match types to improve campaign targeting and reach.
Ad Copywriting and Creative Development:
- Write engaging ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Test different ad variations to identify topperforming ad elements and optimize for conversion.
Bid Management:
- Monitor bidding strategies and adjust bid levels to maximize ad visibility while maintaining target return on ad spend (ROAS) or cost per acquisition (CPA) goals.
- Utilize automated bidding strategies and bid adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
- Define target audiences based on demographic, geographic, and behavioral characteristics.
- Create audience segments and tailor ad messaging to specific audience groups for improved relevance and engagement.
Campaign Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports and analyze key metrics such as clickthrough rate, conversion rate, and cost per conversion.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to improve campaign performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure spending stays within allocated budgets.
- Monitor spending patterns and adjust budget allocations based on campaign performance and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
- Detailoriented with a focus on performance optimization and continuous improvement.
- Google Ads certification and Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
- **Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
