Description

We're looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and take charge of our marketing efforts. As a Social Media Manager, you'll be the face of our online presence, in charge of creating captivating social media content, designing striking visuals and videos, and effectively representing our brand.

If you're passionate about marketing, have a knack for social media, and are skilled with tools like Canva, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Generate and curate top-notch, engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Posting and Scheduling: Manage the social media calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent sharing of content.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build a sense of community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance, extract insights, and create reports for enhancing strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content and strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media channels.
- Functional Testing of Leasing Platform: Conduct functional testing of our leasing platform to grasp its functionality, ensuring accurate portrayal in marketing endeavors.
- Platform Understanding: Develop a profound understanding of our leasing platform to market its features and advantages effectively.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Generate reports, draft correspondence, and aid in coordinating marketing team activities.
- Presentation Development: Create presentations and reports at a management level to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Strong skills in content creation, including graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva and video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and utilize social media metrics to enhance performance.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Additional Information:

- Probation period: 3 months
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

In this position, you'll spend time in an office environment attending meetings. The role demands a high level of adaptability and flexibility as project requirements and priorities may change swiftly.
