Designation/ Role:
Accounts Receivable - Senior Executive/ Collection Executive**
Location: Koramangala Head Office, Bangalore**
Working Days: 6 Days/ WFO

Objectives of this role:

Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.
Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with financial requirements.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, mail or on ground visit.
Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
Engage management over any AR problems you encounter.
Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law

Qualifications and Other Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in account receivables.

Proficient in local languages - Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
Hands-on experience with accounting software - Tally/Zoho books.
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
Ability to accurately process numerical data
Team management and negotiation skills
Problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of GST.
An ability to work independently.
