- Network Infrastructure & Security (hands on exp. in Fortinet; fundamental knowledge of DLP, SIEM)**Education

  • Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering [added advantage if certified in Fortinet or Cisco or Juniper or Offensive Security],

  • Three years relevant handson experience in network administration and/or network security profile.
Job deliverables [must have]

  • Ensuring 99.5% uptime for IT Network infrastructure & services by means of monitoring systems, health checks, capacity utilization, report analysis,
  • Handson experience on network systems like UTM [Fortinet], switches [Juniper, Brocade, Cisco]. Fundamental knowledge/experience on DLP, SIEM,
  • Providing plans with timelines on strategic network related initiatives that are being worked upon and daily, weekly, monthly reports for network health,
  • Should have infosec aptitude aligned with ISO, SOC, NIST security standards; should be capable of drafting procedures for network hardening, SOP,
  • Procurement assistance by multiple vendor evaluation, POC, selection, completing inward goods acceptance, managing implementation,
  • Be the escalation point for level two issues to internal customer & manage infosec questionnaire from external clients.

  • Analyse needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential,
  • Execute high quality one on one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with business,
  • Map out the key players for potential technology initiatives and determine/document appropriate strategy,
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel internal to firm & IT vendors/partners,
  • Products coaching / training of partner, programs and events. Leads by following IT methodology and best practices,
  • Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability by maintaining high customer satisfaction per firm standards.
