    Description
    • Provide necessary business guidance and maintain good relationships with agents & university partners
    • Understand the student s profile and then provide them with suitable course options
    • Applicants should be subject matter experts who can assist internal/external stakeholders in efficiently processing applications by calling & emailing the agents in their region
    • Help in training internal & external staff for new destinations & process
    • Attend to queries regarding the documents required for the issuance of CAS/COE/LOA/i20
    • Keep informed of laws, regulations, and SOPs related to visa cases
    • Level 1 support for admission & BDM s
    • Maintaining a thorough awareness of platform improvements, new offerings, and the admissions process, as well as the ability to communicate them to agents
    • Regularly attend the Universities webinars & seminars for updates
    • Supporting the senior management teams with management reports and special projects

    Requirements

    • Research Aptitude and skills
    • 2+ years of experience in filing applications for students to foreign universities and colleges.
    • Understanding of the requirements of various documents for admission process for various courses for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation, Masters degree in Canada, UK, Australia & USA.
    • Experience of having worked on the student visa application process for various countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA
