Job Title:
Admissions Counselor (English Language Proficient)


We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions Counselor who is fluent in English to join our admissions team.

As an Admissions Counselor, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, answering inquiries and providing information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus life.
  • Conduct admissions interviews, evaluate applicant credentials, and make admissions decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and staff to coordinate admissions events, campus tours, and informational sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data, correspondence, and admissions decisions using the institution's admissions management system.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in higher education admissions, participating in professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services is preferred but not require
