    Experience - 12+yrs

    Skills and Qualifications :

    10-15 yrs experience. As a Business Analyst specializing in Banking as a Service, resource will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions within the financial domain. Candidate should have deep understanding of banking operations and financial products. Brief role of resource will be as below: Indian Banking domain experience and knowledge of Banking products is a must. Evaluate technologies, platforms, and processes with focus on reducing operating cost and improving ROI of solutions. Bring industry best practices and hands-on expertise to design and implement scalable solutions as well as monitoring of solution. Proficient in designing and implementing API solutions to seamlessly integrate banking services across platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Banking as a Service, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Ability to collaborate with fintech partners to enhance and expand BaaS offerings. Should ensure that post go-live, monitoring of failures and usage of solution is defined.
