    Job Title: Business Analyst - Wealth Management

    Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Wealth Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, like Mutual Funds and Insurance products. This role will involve analyzing business requirements, preparing customer journeys, process maps, and wireframes, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of wealth management solutions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders to seek approvals on key decisions related to wealth management strategies and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive customer journeys for wealth management products.
    • Prepare detailed process maps and wireframes to support the implementation of wealth management solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with IT teams to finalize technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Engage with senior stakeholders to seek approvals and provide updates on wealth management initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform wealth management strategies and product offerings.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on wealth management, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
    • Monitor the performance of wealth management products and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments impacting wealth management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, like Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
    • Proven track record of preparing customer journeys, process maps, and wireframes for wealth management solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in wealth management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
