We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative
Creative Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Poster Design:

Conceptualize and design visually appealing posters for various marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Ensure that posters effectively communicate the intended message and align with the overall brand aesthetic.

Social Media Designs:

Develop engaging and shareable graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into the design strategy to enhance online presence.

Website Designs:

Collaborate with the web development team to create visually stunning and userfriendly website designs.
Ensure consistency in design elements across all web pages and optimize graphics for fast loading times.

PPT Designs:

Create impactful and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
Translate complex ideas into visually appealing slides, incorporating infographics, charts, and other visual elements.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and uphold brand guidelines throughout all design projects to ensure a consistent visual identity.
Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with overall brand messaging and strategy.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Deadline Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality designs within specified timelines.
Proactively communicate progress and potential challenges to ensure smooth project flow.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related or relevant field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
Uptodate with the latest design trends and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
