    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI Developer to join our team.


    As a Junior AI Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and project managers to assist in the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across various domains.

    This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in AI development who are looking to expand their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with senior AI developers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Assist in the design and development of AI models and algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks.
    • Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering tasks to prepare datasets for AI model training and evaluation.
    • Train and finetune AI models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
    • Participate in all phases of the AI development lifecycle, including research, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
    • Assist in the integration of AI models and algorithms into existing software systems and applications.
    • Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in AI research and technologies, and contribute ideas and insights to project discussions.
    • Document project workflows, methodologies, and results, and assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
    • Continuously learn and acquire new skills in AI development, programming languages, tools, and frameworks.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science.
    • Strong understanding of fundamental AI concepts, algorithms, and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks.
    • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or scikitlearn.
    • Good analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex data and algorithms.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, and a passion for applying AI technologies to solve realworld challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Handson experience with AI development projects, internships, or research activities.
    • Knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or other specialized areas of AI.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with cloudbased AI services.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
    • Strong academic record and participation in relevant extracurricular activities, projects, or competitions.
