Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and plans to promote our News and Media brand and content through ground marketing initiatives.
Identify and research target audiences to create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with their interests.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and banners that align with our brand identity.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
Plan and execute successful events, including product launches, press conferences, and media events to promote our News and Media content.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential threats to our brand.
Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to the senior management team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ground marketing of News and Media.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industryspecific tools and software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 47-54 per week

Salary:
From ₹180,000.00 per year
