About the Role

Role:
Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition (IT) & HR Operations)

Open Positions: 2


Workdays:
Mondays to Fridays


Holidays:
List as prepared by the organization (Sundays, Gazetted Holidays, etc.)

Location:
Malad West, Link Road, Next to Infinity Mall.


Minimum Education:
Graduate Degree


Optional Education:
MBA IT/HR, MSc IT/CS, PGDM, PGD-IT


Certifications:
Any relevant

Minimum Work Experience: 6 months of full-time work experience

Work Location:
Onsite, Work from Office

Joining:
Immediate or Within 15 Days


Preferred Professional Background:

  • Experience working as a part of a team is preferred
  • Experience working daily full-time onsite at the previous organization is preferred
  • Experience working in an IT, Software Development or Emerging Technologies firm/company is preferred
  • Experience working in a Technical (IT/CS/Software Development) Recruitment Role

  • Talent Acquisition
A. Talent Pooling & Sourcing of Profiles/Resumes/CVs

B. Conducting HR Interview Rounds for IT/CS/Software Development roles

C. Conducting Practical Interview Rounds for IT/CS/Software Development roles

D. Creating Practical Interview Challenges for IT/CS/Software Development roles

E. Interview Scheduling & Follow-Ups

F. Campus Interviews (Offline)

G. Talent Scouting (Online/Offline)

I. Building a Strategic Recruitment Network for the Organization

J. Lead Generation

K. Recruitment Portal Operation (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Direct, etc)

L. Role-Requirements Mapping

M. First-Party, Second-Party & Third-Party Payroll Recruitment

N. Successful Vacancy Closure/Closing

O. General Talent Acquisition Activities


  • HR Operations
A. Onboarding Formalities

B. Offboarding Formalities

C. Payroll Calculations

D. Attendance & Leave

E. Induction & Orientation

F. Management Reporting

G. Policy Implementation

H. HR-related Statutory Compliance Reporting

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
