About Us:
Roles And Responsibility
- Executive will be required to answer queries on Whatsapp chat, call, video, Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments, Google My Business
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handling customer orders, returns, exchanges
- Also involved in handling shipment bookings and order dispatch.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Excellent English
- Both verbal and written communication skills. This is very important.
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
- Prior experience/education in fashion required, since we are dealing with Indian ethnic wear.
Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations:
All executives are required to wear a mask at all times. Ensure hand sanitisation and Covid-19 safety protocols while in office
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Ecommerce: 1 year (preferred)
