About Us:


Roles And Responsibility

  • Executive will be required to answer queries on Whatsapp chat, call, video, Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments, Google My Business
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints via calls/chat

  • Handling customer orders, returns, exchanges
  • Also involved in handling shipment bookings and order dispatch.
  • Good customer handling skills.


  • Excellent English

  • Both verbal and written communication skills. This is very important.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
  • Prior experience/education in fashion required, since we are dealing with Indian ethnic wear.

Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month


COVID-19 considerations:
All executives are required to wear a mask at all times. Ensure hand sanitisation and Covid-19 safety protocols while in office

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
