As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, acting as a bridge between our sales team and our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
2. Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospect research, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule appointments, prepare materials, and follow up on sales activities.
3. Order Management**:
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
4. Data Management**:
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Generate reports and sales analytics to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
5. Communication**:
- Communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to customers and the sales team.
- Liaise between customers and other internal teams, conveying feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
6. Problem Resolution**:
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex issues.
7. Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational developments to provide informed insights to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the publishing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
