***We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as key liaisons between our esteemed customers and freight carriers. As the incumbent, you will play a pivotal role in securing new accounts, facilitating the seamless exchange of information and documentation between customers and carriers, and ensuring effective communication with dispatchers and drivers to track load statuses. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts with carriers in a manner that optimizes profitability.

Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate

EXPERIENCE

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, while
those with 1+ years of experience in a calling profile will be given preference.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Proven ability to attract new customers and ensure customer retention.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in lead generation, attracting new prospects, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
Expertise in identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
Capability to provide accurate shipping quotes and book orders with carriers.
Assistance in preparing carriers for loads and tracking load statuses.
Collaborative approach in managing scheduled collections and dropoffs with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.
Accurate recordkeeping of relevant activities.
Regular updates to customers on shipment statuses and assistance with inquiries.
Continuous awareness of market trends in the transportation marketplace.
Interpersonal skills and proficiency in negotiating.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Creative problemsolving skills.
Strong team player.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

Previous experience in calling profiles / Sales background.
Customeroriented approach.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent sense of prioritization and time management.
Ability to make effective independent decisions.
Certification in Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
