Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Consultant with 1 to 2 year's experience in a consulting firm.

These could be from firms like or any boutique HR firms (The current ones I have are XLRI pass out from EY).

Please note that we do not need people with recruitment or HR operations experience.

We look for consultants with experience in: Organization Design, HR policy development, Competency Models, Performance Management etc
