Description

We are looking for someone who have previous work experience in engineering & maintenance department.

you will be reporting to chief engineer who is the head of Engineering department.

They manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians to ensure accurate, safe and on-schedule task completion. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concerns.

An Electrician who is also supervisor ensures all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, implementing safety procedures and training staff.

An Electrician who is also supervisor oversees routine and preventive maintenance tasks and electrical system and equipment repairs. They identify and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime, and disruption.

They manage budgets and control costs. This involves monitoring expenses, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

An Electrician who is also supervisor maintains open lines of communication with team members, clients and management to ensure that projects run smoothly, and meet expectations.

They also collaborate with other departments and contractors as needed.
