Job Title:
IT Recruiter cum Trainer Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter cum Trainer Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing recruitment processes for IT positions while also coordinating trainers for patching new batches.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate trainers for patching new batches of recruits, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with training schedules.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to determine training priorities and areas for skill development.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to support training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to make improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training budgets and monitor expenses to ensure costeffective training solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training to enhance processes and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
