Business Development Manager - BDM


Job description

  • Responsible for overall resort sales and occupancy.
  • Maximum Revenue Generation
  • Conduct Marketing Research & Activity
  • Plan all Marketing Strategies
  • Maximize Customer Awareness
  • Promoting & placing our Facilities and Property
  • Build Customer Relationships
  • Tie up with Corporate Groups & other Groups/Team/Institutions
  • Tie up with maximum tour and travel agents both
  • Relation Building with Online business Partners for sales generation.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services and creating Brand
  • Prepare _sales contracts_ ensuring adherence to company's rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers/guests
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly reports

Qualification/Professional Skills

  • MBA / PGDM
  • Sales & Marketing
  • MBA /Diploma in Tour & Travel
  • Microsoft Excel & Word Knowledge
  • PPT & Business Presentation

Experience

  • 3 Years in Hotel & Resort Industry Sales & Marketing
